This is a Scindapsus NOID commonly referred to as "tombak." The term "Tombak" translates to "spear". Native to Indonesia and possibly other regions in Southeast Asia. 

CARE:

Bright, in-direct light. Water when nearly dry. If purchasing in moss, keep moss evenly damp until placed in a permanent substrate. These will enjoy a plank or something to climb.
